Parking:

With this event being held downtown Sarasota we expect traffic to flow smoothly this year.

Our Main Parking area is behind the SunTrust Building. Volunteers will direct you to other parking areas when these lots fill. There is plenty of parking all over the downtown area. Just look for the blue and white municipal "Parking" signs. You should be able to park close and have access to all event areas. Come early and stay late.

We will have plenty of signage as well as volunteers to assist with directions and to help our less agile guests in and out of the event area.

Setup:

Exhibitor set up time is 5:00am to 9:15am

All vehicles are prohibited from the event site during the event. Delivery vehicles must be off site no later than 9:45. Only vehicles carrying equipment for delivery will be allowed in the exhibit area during setup. Exhibitors and their employees should be familiar with their tent location before arriving at the event. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed on site, all other vehicles will be towed at the owners risk and expense.
