Safety and Security

As this is an event with a large attendance of guests expected we are taking safety and security very seriously. On hand will be on and off duty local Police officers, Fire and paramedic personnel as well as trained First Aid attendants.

There will be a visible first aid station on site. All volunteers and exhibitors will be informed of the First Aid station location in the event of emergency.

Event staff will have two way communications and cellular phones to ensure immediate attention in the event of a mishap.

All roads will be kept clear as needed for safety vehicles, any vehicles improperly parked will be towed at the owners risk and expense.
